FAQ
How is a word scored?
A 4-letter word is worth 1 point and longer words score 1 point per letter. A pangram, which uses all seven letters at least once, earns 7 bonus points.
Why was a real word rejected?
It must be in the ENABLE word list. Rare words that are in the list are accepted as bonus words (shown in italics) but do not count toward the total, which only includes common words.
Can I see the answers?
Yes, Reveal answers lists the words you missed. Scoring stops for that puzzle once the answers are shown.
Which dictionary do you use?
ENABLE, a public-domain list of about 173,000 English words used by many word games. It is close to, but not the same as, the official Scrabble or Words With Friends dictionaries, so check a borderline word in your game before you play it.
